Montpelier’s

One of my favorite lunch spots in Merchiston Crescent. The outdoor seating lends itself to great people watching while the interior is rustic yet modern. The burrata was a favorite, as was the seasonal soup with fresh, toasty bread.

Osteria del Tempo Perso

Order the bolognese! I repeat, order the bolognese. Also located in Merchiston Crescent, this Italian eatery is as charming as it is delicious. I visited twice while in Edinburgh and would hands down go again.
